Lucknow: Principal Secretary of the Department of Vocational Education, Skill Development, and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Hariom, inspected the ongoing Capacity Building Training Program at the Regional Staff Training and Research Center (ITOT), Aliganj, Lucknow.
During his interaction with the newly appointed instructors undergoing training, Dr. Hariom emphasized the importance of quality training, advanced skill techniques, and fostering entrepreneurship. He underlined that instructors should be trained in a manner that enables them to guide trainees towards becoming self-reliant in the future.
The institute’s Director (Technical) provided an overview of the various trades and training activities being conducted at the center. He further noted that the instructors could effectively apply the knowledge gained here in their respective institutes, thereby benefitting a wider group of trainees.
Deputy Director of RDAT Kanpur, Rahul Priyadarshi, and Principal of Government Industrial Training Institute, Aliganj, Lucknow, Rajkumar Yadav, lauded the training program. They stressed that the insights acquired during the sessions would be implemented at the institutional level to reach and benefit a maximum number of aspirants.
The event also witnessed the presence of the Deputy Director and Assistant Director of the institute. As part of the program, guests were felicitated with mementoes.
