Lucknow – The second day of the world-class exhibition ‘Synthesis-Design Week,’ organized by the Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID) at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, witnessed a massive turnout of city residents. The event showcased top-tier architecture and home decor products, drawing architecture enthusiasts, professionals, and homeowners alike.

Visitors thronged the stalls displaying premium wall panels, state-of-the-art sanitary products, and advanced building materials. They engaged with vendors to understand product features and usage techniques.

In addition to the product showcase, two panel discussions were organized for architecture students and professionals. The first panel, themed “Application of New Technology and AI,” featured prominent speakers, including IIID Lucknow Chapter Chairperson Architect Prasanjit Sanyal, Architect Devdutt Pandya from Ahmedabad, Architect Rohit Agrawal from Lucknow, and Blue Star’s National Head, Nitesh Vadgaonkar. The session was moderated by Professor Arun Kapoor from Amity School of Architecture and Planning.

The second discussion, titled “Are Architects Meeting Public Needs?” was moderated by former GCS Professor Mohammad Shabahath. The panelists included Architect Ashish Kala from IIID Jaipur, Professor Jagbir Singh, Director of the Architecture Department at Amity University, Lucknow, along with senior architects Rajneesh Agrawal, Vaibhav Goel, and Shiva.

Additionally, renowned Pune-based Architect Sunil Patil led an in-depth discussion on sustainable and affordable construction at ‘Synthesis-Design Week,’ organized by the Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID) at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan.

A major highlight of the evening was a spectacular architecture-themed fashion show organized by students from Amity School of Architecture and Planning, BBD, Integral University, AKTU, Faculty of Architecture and Planning, and ITM College.

The event was graced by esteemed personalities including IIID National President Architect Jignesh Modi, Chairperson Architect Prasanjit Sanyal, Chairman-Elect Architect Aviral Agrawal, Convenor Architect Vishal Jain, Secretary Architect Rohit Gupta, and Treasurer Architect Neeraj Kushwaha.

This four-day exhibition features over 60 leading companies showcasing the latest innovations in interior design, architecture, and building materials. Homeowners and design enthusiasts are gaining valuable insights into the newest trends in home decor and construction technology.
