Interactive Quiz Engages Students on Responsible Driving and Traffic Compliance
Bareilly: An awareness program and interactive quiz on “Road Safety & Traffic Rules” was organized at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University as part of Deeksharambh-2K26. Approximately 100 first-year students participated enthusiastically in the program.

The program aimed to raise student awareness about road safety, traffic regulations, traffic signals, the importance of helmets and seat belts, and responsible road behavior. Through interactive question-and-answer sessions and quizzes conducted with students, participants gained engaging knowledge about traffic rules and road safety practices.
Interactive Quiz Format
During the program, students were asked questions covering various topics including driving licenses, helmets, traffic signals, road markings, lane discipline, and traffic challans. Students who provided correct answers were encouraged with prizes and gifts. Such interactive programs help develop awareness about road safety and a sense of responsibility among students.
The program was organized under the patronage of Vice-Chancellor Prof. K.P. Singh. Prof. Archana Gupta, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, provided guidance. Dr. Anil Kumar Bisht, Program Coordinator and Member of the Road Safety Club at MJPRU, coordinated the event.

Key Message
During the program, students were conveyed an important message: road safety is not merely about following traffic regulations—it represents responsibility for protecting one’s own life and the lives of others on the road.
