London: Punjab Kings all-rounder Liam Livingstone has returned to England to be fully fit and recover from his knee problem ahead of the T20 World Cup 2024. This is the second blow for the Punjab Kings, who are already out of the playoff race in the IPL.
He missed the first two matches of the IPL season after taking the field during the defeat to Lucknow last month. Livingstone has been struggling with injury for the last two years. However, he made his return to the team during the defeat to Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Elaborating his point further he said – I have to get my knee injury repaired before the upcoming World Cup. Thanks to Punjab Kings fans for their love and support. This season was disappointing for the team, but as always I enjoyed every moment of playing in the IPL.
