Lucknow: Kiran Foundation marked the festival of lights with a heartwarming outreach programme titled “Diwali Khushiyon Wali” at Vidya Mandir Girls School in Narhi. Nearly 135 students received Diwali Happiness Kits, and the day turned into a small celebration of its own.
The idea behind the programme was simple: every child should feel the warmth and togetherness that Diwali brings. Each kit was handed over with love and encouragement, so the students would remember the occasion for a long time.
Representing the foundation, Manas Mitra, BJP IT Department Convenor for the Awadh Region, and Upanshu distributed the kits and spent time chatting with the girls.
Principal Rashmi Yadav, Coordinator Khushbu Rani and several teachers were present at the event. They thanked the foundation for putting smiles on the children’s faces through such a thoughtful act of community service.

Speaking about the initiative, the organisers said “Diwali Khushiyon Wali” reflects Kiran Foundation’s ongoing commitment to supporting children, encouraging education and spreading happiness through kindness and social responsibility.
The foundation also said it will continue to organise similar community-driven programmes to uplift children and strengthen the spirit of compassion and service.
