AI-Integrated Command Centre Monitors Examination Centres Across 17 Divisional Headquarters
Prayagraj/Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission successfully conducted the written examination for the Lecturer Cadre under Advertisement No. 02/2022 in a transparent and malpractice-free environment across 17 divisional headquarters of Uttar Pradesh.
Commission Chairman Prashant Kumar stated that examinations for nine subjects under the Lecturer Cadre recruitment process were conducted in two shifts at designated centres across the state.
According to the commission, the first shift examination was held from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at 278 examination centres for subjects including Physics, Biology, Home Science, History, and Education. The second shift examination took place from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm at 269 centres for English, Agriculture, Commerce, and Sociology.
Dr Prashant Kumar said that to ensure complete transparency and fairness, all examination centres were closely monitored through an AI-integrated control command room established at the commission headquarters. Members of the commission, along with the Secretary, Controller of Examinations, and Deputy Secretary, continuously monitored candidate activities through AI-enabled surveillance cameras installed at the examination centres.
He emphasised that the examinations across all centres in the state were conducted in a fully transparent, copy-free, disciplined, and time-bound manner without any disruption.
The Commission Chairman also expressed gratitude to district administrations and local officials for their active cooperation in ensuring the smooth conduct of the examination process.
Officials informed that a total of 89,766 candidates appeared in the written examination held on May 9, 2026. Among them, female candidate attendance stood at 34.89 percent, while male attendance was recorded at 42.26 percent.
