Lucknow: Members of the NAAC team constituted for Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, which has received A+ grade in NAAC, met Governor of Uttar Pradesh and Chancellor of State Universities Anandiben Patel at Raj Bhavan and shared their achievements and experiences. On this occasion, they were encouraged by the Governor and they joined him in the luncheon organized at Raj Bhavan.
On this occasion, the Governor encouraged the Vice Chancellor of the University and the team constituted for NAAC preparation and said that problems and troubles come in our life, but it is important to get good results by fighting them. Turn difficulties into opportunities and work with dedication. Giving the example of the earthquake in Gujarat, she said that success can be achieved by struggle even in adverse circumstances.
The Chancellor said that negative people become an obstacle in doing good work, but we should face those challenges and move towards improving our work. She called for improving and changing the image of Agra University and encouraged the university team to prepare for the upcoming NAAC and NIRF.
She said that if India has to move forward, we should keep working continuously with dedication. On this occasion, Additional Chief Secretary, Dr. Sudhir Mahadev Bobde said that despite adverse circumstances, the university getting A plus grading in NAAC is a commendable achievement.
She said that this change is giving a new direction to the image of the university. Special Executive Officer Education, Dr. Pankaj L. Jani also congratulated the university and its team and said that good work takes time, but this is the first step of a long journey.
On this occasion, all the criteria heads and colleagues of the NAAC team of the university shared their experiences about their preparations. Vice Chancellor of the University, Dr. Ashu Rani said that she followed the instructions of the Chancellor Madam to the letter, which helped in achieving the results. She described this success as an important milestone for the university.
She said that after receiving the results, people’s attitude towards the university changed. She attributed the success to the inspiration and guidance of the Governor and said that in future also big goals will be achieved by following the instructions of the honourable.
Other members of the NAAC team also expressed their gratitude to the Governor for his guidance while sharing their personal, family and office experiences during the preparation for NAAC. They shared their experience of preparation for NAAC and the achievements of the results obtained with the Chancellor. In this sequence, the efforts made by the university team to deal with the challenges and obstacles faced during the preparation for NAAC were discussed. On this occasion, various criteria heads, IQAC heads and other senior officers of the university were present.
