Lucknow: LEJC celebrated India’s Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit at Regalia Greens, Lucknow, bringing together members and their families for a day filled with meaningful activities, sports, entertainment and camaraderie.
The celebrations began with the hoisting of the Tricolour, followed by a series of engaging activities designed to celebrate the spirit of freedom in an active and joyful way. Members enthusiastically participated in a Plantation Drive, Kite Flying, Cricket and Badminton, creating an atmosphere of energy, friendship and togetherness.
The Plantation Drive carried a special message of responsibility towards the environment, while the kite-flying activity added colour and excitement to the celebrations. The sporting events further encouraged members to participate actively and enjoy the spirit of healthy competition.
The celebrations concluded with a wholesome brunch, where members came together over good food, laughter and fellowship, making the occasion a memorable celebration for the entire LEJC family.
Speaking on the occasion, members of LEJC said that Independence Day is not only a time to celebrate the freedom of our nation but also an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment towards unity, social responsibility and a healthier and happier community.
Special appreciation was expressed for LEJC President Aman Talwar and Wing Chairperson Deepali Talwar for their dedicated efforts and wonderful arrangements. Their planning, warmth and attention to detail were widely appreciated by the members and played an important role in making the celebration a grand success.

The celebrations concluded with patriotic fervour and the resounding spirit of “Jai Hind” and “Vande Mataram.”
