Lucknow: A workshop titled “Let’s Decode Period Pain” was conducted on April 18, 2026, at the Srijan Hall of Seth MR Jaipuria School Goel Campus, aiming to raise awareness about menstrual health and endometriosis among young students.
The session was led by Dr. Pooja Gupta, who delivered an insightful and engaging talk for girl students of Classes 9 to 12. The workshop was graced by the presence of Principal Dr. Rina Pathak.
Dr. Gupta provided a comprehensive overview of the menstrual cycle, explaining its various stages in a simple and relatable manner to help students better understand their bodies. She also shed light on endometriosis—detailing its symptoms, possible causes, and the latest treatment options available—while emphasizing the importance of timely diagnosis and medical care.
