Lucknow/Balrampur: Gorakshpeethadheeshwar and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath paid a ceremonial visit to the Maa Pateshwari Temple, a revered Shaktipeeth in Tulsipur, on Wednesday during Chaitra Navratri. The dignitaries performed darshan, puja, and aarti, praying for a healthy, prosperous, and thriving Uttar Pradesh.

During the visit, the Chief Minister also reviewed temple arrangements and personally greeted devotees present at the temple premises. The visit marked CM Yogi’s second trip to the temple in March. On Wednesday, after attending an event in Bahraich, CM Yogi reached Balrampur and participated in the temple rituals before proceeding to Gorakhpur. He interacted with devotees, offering his blessings and ensuring that temple facilities were maintained for their convenience and safety, especially with the upcoming Ram Navami celebrations.

The darshan and puja ceremony was attended by Mahant Mithilesh Nath Yogi and Agriculture Minister Surya Pratap Shahi, among other officials. CM Yogi emphasized proper arrangements for security, cleanliness, and comfort for the devotees visiting the temple during the festive period.

The temple visit highlights the continued engagement of the state leadership with religious and cultural events, ensuring both the spiritual welfare of the devotees and the smooth management of temple activities.
