Lucknow — The district administration conducted Samadhan Divas across all five tehsils on Saturday, underscoring the government’s commitment to resolving public grievances at the local level. A total of 530 complaints were registered during the camp, of which 71 cases were resolved on the spot, while the remaining have been forwarded to the concerned departments for time-bound action.
Samadhan Divas — held regularly in tehsils and police stations — provides citizens with a direct platform to register their grievances and receive prompt redressal from officials.
According to the district administration, the tehsil-wise status of disposal was as follows:
- Tehsil Sadar: 49 complaints received; 6 resolved on the spot
- Tehsil Malihabad: 89 complaints received; 8 resolved
- Tehsil Bakshi Ka Talab (BKT): 83 complaints received; 16 resolved
- Tehsil Mohanlalganj: 236 complaints received; 39 resolved
- Tehsil Sarojininagar: 73 complaints received; 2 resolved
The unresolved cases have been assigned to respective departments with instructions to ensure timely and effective disposal.

In terms of complaint categories, the district received:
- 80 related to police matters
- 00 joint revenue-police cases
- 281 revenue cases
- 37 development-related issues
- 2 from the education sector
- 3 related to health
- 13 from social welfare
- 3 municipal issues
- 111 classified under other categories
Officials reiterated that the administration remains committed to fast-tracking grievance redressal and urged citizens to continue participating in Samadhan Divas for quicker solutions to their concerns.
