To commemorate the 79th Independence Day AMC Centre and College Lucknow undertook a cycling expedition on 12 Aug 2025. A team of 15 combatants led by Maj Gen KJ Singh, Deputy Commandant, VSM, AMC Centre & College Lucknow participated in the expedition. Lieutenant General Shivinder Singh, AVSM, Commandant, AMC Centre & College, OIC Records and Colonel Commandant AMC waved the expedition flag to the team from the HQ AMC Centre & College, Lucknow.
The team will cover 300 km from Lucknow to Ayodhya and back to Lucknow concluding at AMC Centre & College on 14 Aug 2025.
The expedition will promote the message ‘Swasth Bharat, Sashakt Bharat – A Freedom Ride for a Fitter Nation @78′ encouraging public participation in nation building.
