Lucknow: The sword of arrest is hanging over former UP cabinet minister Swami Prasad Maurya. The court has rejected the petition demanding cancellation of the non-bailable warrant issued against him. A non-bailable warrant was issued against him in the case of second marriage without divorce of the sitting MP from Badaun and his daughter Sanghamitra. Swami Prasad Maurya’s daughter Sanghamitra had married for the second time without divorce. After which there is accuse of assault, abusing and threatening.
