Gonda: Government-appointed nodal officers will conduct field inspections of three aspirational development blocks in Gonda on October 5 and 6 to physically verify the progress of development schemes and assess the changes achieved on the ground.
The inspections are being carried out in accordance with directions issued by the Principal Secretary, Planning Department, Uttar Pradesh Government, on September 30. Three nodal officers have been designated for Babhanojot, Pandri Kripal and Rupaideeh development blocks.

Jasjit Kaur (Batch 2012), Managing Director, Uttar Pradesh Electronics Corporation, Lucknow, has been appointed nodal officer for Babhanojot. Archana Verma (Batch 2014), Chief Executive Officer, National Health Insurance Scheme, Lucknow, will inspect Pandri Kripal, while Kritika Sharma (Batch 2014), Special Secretary, Medical Education Department, Uttar Pradesh Government, will oversee the inspection of Rupaideeh.

During the visits, the officers will verify the physical progress and achievements under various schemes implemented through the Aspirational Blocks Programme. They will also hold meetings with the District Magistrate and Chief Development Officer to review the status and progress of development initiatives.
Officials have been instructed to keep all relevant records and data complete and updated. Block Development Officers, Aspirational Block Fellows and CM Fellows will also play an important role during the inspections.
