Lucknow: In the last hours of the last day of election campaign in Lucknow Lok Sabha constituency, Lok Sabha candidates of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Samajwadi Party (SP) and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) put their full strength in election campaign. Candidates of major political parties are constantly appealing to the voters of Lucknow to vote in their favour.
Appealed to people to vote
On the last day of election campaign, BJP candidate Rajnath Singh reached Shiv Shanti Dham Ashram near Awadh Square and met the revered saint there. Rajnath Singh gave time to the devotees of Sindhi community present in large numbers in the ashram and appealed to vote. Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Sindhi community leader Nanak Chand, BJP Metropolitan President Anand were present in the ashram.
Samajwadi Party candidate Ravidas Mehrotra came out of his car and went towards Imambara via Gomti Nagar of the city and Central Vidhan Sabha Tiraha Square. Ravidas Mehrotra stopped at various places while campaigning in the car and met the workers of his party. Wherever people reacted after seeing the car with SP flag, Ravidas greeted them by waving his hand.
Bahujan Samaj Party candidate Sarwar Malik and his wife Shaheen Bano did extensive public relations in the last part of the election campaign. During this, Sarwar Malik kept talking to his BSP workers in Muslim-dominated areas. He roamed around the areas and sought support from the public and appealed to vote. BSP candidate Sarwar campaigned continuously from morning to evening.
Rajnath Singh counted the works of the government
BJP candidate Rajnath Singh addressed a public meeting in Madiyanv area of Lucknow North Assembly in the last hours of campaigning. While counting the development works at the national level, Rajnath Singh talked to the public about India’s identity at the international level. Speaking about Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, he appealed to all the voters of the city to come out of their homes on the day of voting and vote for the BJP.
