The scan revealed that he has a different kind of injury and for this he will have to undergo surgery. If we look at the time of surgery and then the time taken for recovery, Green may also be out of next year’s ICC Champions Trophy. Along with this, it also seems difficult for him to play in the next IPL.
The board said in a statement, “Green complained of back problem during the tour of England in September. After the scan, it was found that he had a stretch fracture. Although this is quite common among fast bowlers, Green’s injury is quite different from the others. No further information can be given about this different disease. ”
