Lucknow: City Montessori School (CMS), Ayodhya Road Campus, organised a grand ‘Divine Education Conference’ at the CMS Gomti Nagar Extension Auditorium, celebrating holistic education and student excellence. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, parents, and educators.
The programme was inaugurated by Chief Guest Baby Rani Maurya, Cabinet Minister for Women Welfare, Child Development & Nutrition, Uttar Pradesh, who lit the ceremonial lamp. Babloo Kumar, IPS, Joint Commissioner of Police (Law & Order), graced the occasion as Guest of Honour.
Addressing the gathering, Maurya praised CMS for its distinct position in the country’s education landscape. She highlighted that the institution not only imparts quality education but also nurtures values, shapes thinking, and inspires students to contribute meaningfully to society and the nation. Emphasising the importance of perseverance, she urged students to remain dedicated to their goals and never lose sight of their dreams. She also called upon parents to foster an atmosphere of unity and harmony at home, which she described as crucial for a child’s development.

The programme commenced with School Prayer, All-Religion Prayer, and World Unity Prayer, setting a harmonious tone for the event. Students enthralled the audience with devotional songs, music, and vibrant cultural performances, showcasing not only their academic excellence but also their creative and artistic talents. These presentations reflected the institution’s focus on moral, spiritual, and character-building education.
A major highlight of the conference was the felicitation ceremony, where meritorious students were honoured for their outstanding achievements in academics, competitive examinations, sports, and cultural activities. Their success stories underscored the school’s commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals.
