Two CMS Students Achieve PCS Success, Bring Pride to Institution

Lucknow: Two outstanding students of City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus, Katyayan Rajmeet Upadhyay (Rank 73) and Shivali Singh (Rank 103), have brought laurels to the school by securing selection in the prestigious PCS examination. Katyayan Rajmeet has been appointed as Assistant Commissioner (GST), while Shivali Singh has been selected for the position of Naib Tehsildar. Both students credited their success to the blessings of their parents, the motivational guidance of their school, and a supportive academic environment.

Expressing her delight, CMS Founder-Director Bharti Gandhi congratulated the students and wished them a bright future. She highlighted her confidence that they would excel in their respective roles and contribute meaningfully toward building an ideal society. CMS Manager Geeta Gandhi Kingdon also extended her congratulations, noting that their achievement reflects their dedication, hard work, and commitment. She remarked that Lucknow takes pride in CMS students consistently excelling in prestigious examinations like IAS, PCS, NEET, and JEE, which underscores the institution’s academic excellence. Principal of CMS Kanpur Road Campus, Mrs. Abha Anant, echoed the congratulations and expressed pride on behalf of the entire CMS family.

CMS Head of Communications,  Rishi Khanna, shared that Katyayan Rajmeet completed his entire schooling at CMS and later earned a B.Tech degree from IIT Kanpur. In an informal interaction, he revealed that the rigours of such competitive exams demand unwavering focus, but his family and CMS teachers played a pivotal role in motivating him. “Whatever you do, do it with full dedication and joy,” he advised current students. He also acknowledged the influence of his father, Assistant Director (Audit) in Kanpur, and his mother, a teacher, in shaping his ambitions.

Similarly, Shivali Singh attributed her success to the guidance and encouragement she received from her teachers and the nurturing academic environment at CMS.

Khanna further emphasized that CMS continually inspires its students to strive for excellence and prepares them to face future challenges. The achievements of Katyayan Rajmeet and Shivali Singh stand as a testament to the institution’s commitment to fostering high-achieving, globally competitive students.

This dual success not only enhances the reputation of CMS but also reinforces its legacy of empowering students to achieve academic and professional distinction.
