Lucknow: Goel Institute of Technology and Management (GITM), Lucknow, has achieved a significant milestone in research and innovation with the successful registration of two innovative designs by the Patent Office, Government of India under the provisions of the Designs Act, 2000 and the Designs Rules, 2001.
The first design, Design No. 485287-001, dated December 27, 2025, has been registered under Class 14-02 for the “Thermodynamics and Energy Transfer Analysis Device.” The registration has been granted in the names of Goel Institute of Technology and Management; Prof. (Dr.) Shailendra Kumar Shukla; Dr. Preeti Porov; Dr. Abhay Prakash Srivastava; Vidhu Tripathi; Yashi Srivastava; and Prabhakar Dubey.
The second design, Design No. 485288-001, dated December 26, 2025, also under Class 14-02, pertains to the “Mathematical Data Analysis and Pattern Recognition Visualization Device.” It has been registered in the names of Goel Institute of Technology and Management; Prof. (Dr.) Shailesh Nath Pandey; Dr. Purushottam Kumar Srivastava; Dr. Arun Dubey; Dr. Ramesh Yadav; Dr. Vikas Srivastava; and Digvijay Singh.
This accomplishment marks a major step forward in the institute’s pursuit of excellence in scientific research, technological advancement, and academic innovation. The Chairman, Director, and Management of the institute congratulated the researchers and reaffirmed their commitment to fostering innovation and high-quality research at the national level.
