Lucknow: Under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Vishakh G., Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas was organized across all five tehsils of Lucknow district, with the main programme held at Bakshi Ka Talab (BKT) Tehsil. The initiative aims to ensure prompt, transparent, and quality resolution of public grievances at the local level.
A total of 445 complaints were received across the district during the Samadhan Diwas, out of which 87 cases were resolved on the spot. At Bakshi Ka Talab Tehsil alone, 131 complaints were registered, and 37 cases were disposed of immediately under the direct supervision of the District Magistrate through coordinated efforts of departmental teams.

Addressing officials, the District Magistrate emphasized that resolving public grievances in a time-bound and lawful manner is a top priority of the government. He directed all concerned officers to ensure that pending cases are resolved within one week, strictly following due legal procedures. He also instructed that complainants must be informed about the status and outcome of their complaints after disposal.
Providing a tehsil-wise break-up, the District Magistrate informed that:
- Sadar Tehsil: 4 out of 36 cases resolved
- Malihabad Tehsil: 4 out of 52 cases resolved
- Bakshi Ka Talab Tehsil: 37 out of 131 cases resolved
- Mohanlalganj Tehsil: 34 out of 133 cases resolved
- Sarojininagar Tehsil: 8 out of 93 cases resolved
The remaining cases have been forwarded to the concerned departments with clear instructions for time-bound disposal.

Category-wise, the complaints included 262 revenue-related cases, 57 police matters, 22 development-related issues, 10 social welfare cases, 6 municipal corporation complaints, along with cases related to education, health, and other departments.
The District Magistrate further directed that for every resolved case, officers must submit a detailed compliance report along with photographic and video evidence, and also personally seek feedback from complainants through phone calls to ensure satisfaction and transparency.
The programme was attended by Chief Development Officer Ajay Jain, Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue) Rakesh Singh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate BKT Sahil Kumar, Tehsildar BKT, and senior officials from police, social welfare, and other departments.
The administration reiterated its commitment to swift, effective, and citizen-centric grievance redressal through regular organization of Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas across the district.
