Shahjahanpur: On the occasion of Police Memorial Day, a special traffic awareness programme was organized in front of the Roadways Bus Stand under the leadership of Superintendent of Police Rajesh Dwivedi and Circle Officer (Traffic) Sanjay Kumar Singh, with coordination by Traffic In-Charge Vinay Kumar Pandey. The initiative aimed to spread awareness about road safety and encourage the public to follow traffic rules diligently.

During the programme, motorists were urged to wear helmets and seat belts while driving, emphasizing that the use of safety gear can significantly reduce injuries and fatalities in road accidents. Officers explained the meaning of various traffic signs, safe road-crossing practices, and the life-saving significance of helmets and seat belts.
