Lucknow : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a detailed review of development works and law and order in Chandauli district during his visit. The Chief Minister chaired a high-level review meeting at the district collectorate and issued key directives to officials.

Ahead of the meeting, CM Yogi participated in the state-wide “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign by planting a Rudraksha sapling on the collectorate campus. Urging citizens to actively join the movement, he called upon the people of Uttar Pradesh to contribute to a greener state through plantation and preservation of trees.

The Chief Minister directed health officials to work with clear targets to make Chandauli TB-free and ensure regular distribution of nutrition kits to TB patients. He emphasized that all district-level officers and public representatives should become “Nikshay Mitras” to support the cause.

Under the “School Chalo Abhiyan”, CM Yogi called for encouraging parents to ensure their children attend school regularly. He instructed that school uniforms and other essential materials be made available on time and that at least three teachers be present in every school.

Focusing on animal welfare, the Chief Minister ordered that all cow shelters in the district maintain proper hygiene and ensure sufficient food and green fodder for the cattle. Weekly inspections by officials were also mandated.

For agriculture and irrigation, he directed that water in canals reach the tail ends and be distributed as per scheduled rosters. He also emphasized ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply across the region.

On the law and order front, CM Yogi reaffirmed the government’s zero-tolerance policy against crime and directed the police to act strictly against criminals. He insisted that the police maintain good public relations, conduct regular patrols, and respond swiftly to any attempts to disrupt social harmony. Strong action was advised against individuals trying to incite unrest.

The Chief Minister also instructed all district-level officers to proactively listen to public grievances and resolve them locally. He encouraged all departmental officials to document and share their success stories to promote transparency and motivation within governance.
