Mumbai: An upcoming courtroom drama, ‘Article 25’, is set to explore the intersection of religious conversion, justice, political pressure, alleged abuse of power and conspiracy through the story of a young psychiatrist from Lucknow.
Produced under the banner of Megapixel Entertainment Private Limited, the film has completed shooting and is now gearing up for release. The makers describe the project as an attempt to examine sensitive social and political questions through a fictional legal drama.
The story follows Sara Sheikh, a young psychiatrist whose life takes a dramatic turn following a disturbing incident. Faced with pressure from her family and powerful political interests, Sara must choose between remaining silent or pursuing justice.
