Mumbai: Actor Amit Sial’s film Tikdam is garnering a lot of praise for its story and starcast. Meanwhile, a special screening of the film has been arranged in Lucknow. This film will be seen by senior officials and government representatives.
The film Tikdam will be watched by IAS, IPS officers and senior officials of the UP government, students and teachers together. There will be a special screening of the film in a school in Lucknow. Lead actor Amit Sial and the director will also be present during the screening.
Arisht Jain, Arohi Saud, Divyansh Dwivedi and Nayan Bhatt are also in important roles in the film ‘Tikadam’. The film has been shot in Nainital and Ramnagar in Uttarakhand. This film is based on the backdrop of environmental and social challenges. Which shows the emotional relationship between a father and his children.
This film has been produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Parth Gajjar, Poonam Shroff, Savio Shenoy, Shweta Sharma Anchaliya.
Talking about Amit Sial, he has previously appeared in “Charlie Ke Chakkar Mein”. He is also its co-writer and co-producer. His recent projects include Issaq, which is based on the story of Romeo and Juliet. It was shot in Varanasi, starring Naseeruddin Shah, Ratna Pathak Shah and Randeep Hooda.
Apart from this, Amit Sial has also worked for Indian producer Ekta Kapoor and Bejoy Nambiar’s film ‘Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi’. He is also known for his work in ‘Mirzapur’, ‘Maharani’, ‘Jamtara – Sabka Number Aayega’, ‘Kathmandu Connection’ and ‘Inside Edge’.
The film Tikdam is the first directorial film of producer Vivek Anchaliya. The film has also received praise at both the Indian International Festival of Houston and the Jagran Film Festival of India. Vivek Anchaliya has written the story of the film ‘Rajma Chawal’ released on Netflix and has also contributed to the screenplay.
