War Room Activated for Crowd Management; Enhanced Security and Passenger Facilities Arranged at Stations
Hajipur: Reaffirming its commitment to providing smooth and convenient rail services to passengers and examination candidates, East Central Railway operated multiple examination special trains for major destinations on Sunday to manage the heavy rush of candidates appearing for competitive exams.
Keeping in view the large number of examinees travelling for the examinations, an examination special train had already been operated on May 23 from Muzaffarpur to Patliputra at 5:00 PM.
To further facilitate candidates appearing in both shifts of the examination on May 24, East Central Railway kept three special train rakes on standby. Among these, one examination special train departed from Darbhanga to Patliputra at 2:15 PM, while two additional examination special trains were operated from Muzaffarpur to Patliputra at 3:00 PM and 6:15 PM respectively.

Alongside the operation of special trains, East Central Railway activated its War Room mechanism to ensure efficient crowd management and smooth passenger movement at stations.
Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel were deployed at stations to maintain security and regulate crowds. Real-time information related to train operations was continuously provided to passengers and candidates through the public announcement system.
Considering the prevailing summer heat, special arrangements for drinking water were also made available at railway stations to ensure passenger comfort and convenience.
