Bareilly DM Launches Live Monitoring of ‘Janata Darshan’ at Tehsil Level

Bareilly | In a move aimed at ensuring swift redressal of public grievances, District Magistrate Avinash Singh has initiated live monitoring of the daily Janata Darshan programme being conducted at all tehsil headquarters across the district.

The initiative, launched from the district headquarters, aligns with the governance model promoted by Yogi Adityanath to strengthen administrative efficiency and responsiveness. Under this system, Sub-Divisional Magistrates hold Janata Darshan sessions ежедневно from 10 AM to 12 noon to hear and address public complaints.

During the launch, the District Magistrate interacted virtually with officials across tehsils and directed them to handle every complaint with seriousness and sensitivity. He emphasized that all grievances must be resolved within stipulated timelines while maintaining quality and accountability.

Warning against negligence, the DM stated that any lapse or indifference at any level would invite strict action. He reiterated that Janata Darshan remains a priority programme of the government, designed to provide timely relief to citizens.

Further expanding the initiative, the District Magistrate instructed that similar live monitoring mechanisms be implemented at Block Development Offices and urban local body offices. Tehsil-level authorities will now oversee grievance hearings conducted at these offices as well during the same morning hours.

The move is expected to enhance transparency, strengthen accountability, and ensure that citizens’ issues are addressed efficiently at the grassroots level.
