Divisional Facilitation Council Meeting Held in Lucknow to Resolve Delayed Payments to MSMEs

Lucknow: A meeting of the Divisional Facilitation Council (DFC), Lucknow, was held on January 30, 2026, under the chairmanship of  Vijay Vishwas Pant, Commissioner, Lucknow Division, to address issues related to delayed payments to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs).

During the meeting, a total of 16 references were presented for conciliation, while 15 cases were taken up for resolution through arbitration. The Council conducted hearings in all listed cases and issued necessary directions to the concerned parties present during the proceedings.

Notably, one case was successfully resolved through mutual settlement, reflecting the Council’s efforts to promote amicable and time-bound resolution of disputes. In addition, eight new references were placed before the Council, and a decision was taken to register these cases for further proceedings.

The meeting was attended by  Anil Kumar, Member Secretary and Joint Commissioner (Industries), Lucknow Division,  Sanjay Kaul, representative of the Indian Industries Association, and Arun Bhatia, Member/Representative of Laghu Udyog Bharati, along with the concerned parties of the listed references.

The Divisional Facilitation Council reiterated its commitment to ensuring prompt redressal of delayed payment issues and safeguarding the interests of micro and small enterprises in the region.
