AYODHYA – Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited the Ayodhya Raj Sadan to pay his last respects to Raja Vimlendra Mohan Pratap Mishra, head of the Ayodhya royal family and a member of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. CM Adityanath attended the “Trayodashi Sanskar” (13th-day rituals) and offered floral tributes to the late Raja Sahib, expressing his condolences to the bereaved family.
CM Calls Raja Sahib’s Contributions “Unforgettable”
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Adityanath stated that Raja Vimlendra Mohan Pratap Mishra’s death is an irreparable loss not just for Ayodhya, but for the entire state and society. He highlighted the late king’s lifelong contributions to the cause of Ram Lalla and the Ram Temple movement, describing his personality as a unique blend of religion, culture, and tradition.
The “Trayodashi Sanskar” ceremony was attended by a large number of saints, seers, public representatives, administrative officials, and members of various social organizations. The atmosphere at the Raj Sadan was emotional, as everyone present paid their respects and recalled Raja Sahib’s ideals and contributions.

A Legacy of Devotion to Ram Lalla
Raja Vimlendra Mohan Pratap Mishra had been unwell for a long time and passed away recently, causing a wave of grief across the region. People from the royal family and citizens of Ayodhya have been visiting the Raj Sadan to express their condolences.

Chief Minister Adityanath’s visit was seen not only as a gesture of tribute but also as a message of respect for Ayodhya’s cultural heritage and the contributions of the royal family.
Among the dignitaries present were Cabinet Minister Surya Pratap Shahi, Mayor Girishpati Tripathi, District Panchayat President Roli Singh, MLAs Ved Prakash Gupta, Amit Singh Chauhan, Ramchandra Yadav, Abhay Singh, Chandrabhanu Paswan, BJP District President Sanjeev Singh, and Metropolitan President Kamlesh Srivastava.
