World’s Largest Metal Injection Moulding Manufacturer Targets ₹24,000-Crore Valuation
Mumbai: Precision engineering components manufacturer Indo-MIM Ltd. has launched its ₹3,812-crore Initial Public Offering (IPO), which opened for subscription on July 23 and will close on July 27.
The company has fixed a price band of ₹461 to ₹485 per equity share. At the upper end of the price band, Indo-MIM is expected to command a market valuation of approximately ₹24,000 crore.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth ₹500 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 6.82 crore equity shares by existing shareholders.
According to the company, ₹400 crore from the proceeds of the fresh issue will be used for the prepayment or repayment of outstanding borrowings, while the remaining funds will be utilised for general corporate purposes.

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Bengaluru, Indo-MIM is the world’s largest manufacturer of components using Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) technology, a precision manufacturing process widely used to produce complex, high-performance engineering parts.
The company operates 15 manufacturing facilities across India, the United States, the United Kingdom and Mexico, serving a diverse global customer base.
For the financial year 2025-26, Indo-MIM reported operating revenue of ₹4,193 crore and a net profit of ₹533 crore. The company manufactures more than 9,000 precision-engineered products catering to industries including automobiles, defence, medical devices, consumer products and aerospace.
Following the completion of the public issue, the company’s equity shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
