Bhatkhande Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Students Showcase Talent at Sri Ram Ayush Kendra

LUCKNOW — Students from Bhatkhande Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Lucknow, performed a series of devotional songs (bhajans) today at the Sri Ram Ayush Kendra in Bakshi Ka Talab.

The cultural program was inaugurated with a lamp-lighting ceremony by the Kendra’s Managing Director, Major V.K. Khare, Joint Managing Director Dr. A.P. Shukla, Director of Administration Shri Puneet Khare, and Technical Head Shri Shiv Ram Singh. Major Khare briefed the audience on the organization’s ongoing social service activities.

The students captivated the audience with several bhajans dedicated to Lord Krishna and Lord Ram. The performers included Palak Sharma, Riya Tiwari, Shruti Singh, Aishwarya, Rini Maurya, Akansha Mishra, Gauri Shukla, and Nisha Pandey. The musical accompaniment was provided by Anant Prajapati on the tabla and Naman Thakur on the harmonium. The event was directed by Dr. Kritika Tripathi and coordinated by Dr. Ruchi Khare.

Dr. Srishti Dhawan, the university’s Registrar, stated that such community-focused programs help to refine the students’ talents, build their self-confidence, and strengthen their connection with dance and culture.
