Hari Har Mandir Celebrates 4th Anniversary with Rituals for World Peace and India’s Upliftment

Lucknow : On the auspicious occasion of the fourth anniversary of Shri Paramanand Hari Har Mandir, a grand spiritual ceremony was held on Wednesday, June 25, at the temple premises on Deva Road, dedicated to world peace and the upliftment of India. The event was organized by the Ishwariya Swapnashish Seva Samiti under the leadership of Sanatan flag-bearer Sapna Goyal.

The spiritual celebrations included a sacred havan, collective recitation of the Sundarkand, and devotional kirtans by women followers of Sanatan Dharma. The two-day long Akhanda Ramcharitmanas Path, which began on June 24 at 2 PM, concluded the following day. The event culminated with a community feast (bhandara), where a large number of devotees received prasad.

Temple founder Sapna Goyal shared that the Hari Har Mandir was established on July 10, 2021, coinciding with Amavasya, inspired by a divine vision she received in a dream. Since then, she has been leading the cause of Sanatan awakening at local, national, and international levels through the Samiti. She is also spearheading the “Sundarkand Maha Abhiyan – Bane Bharatvarsh Ki Pehchaan” movement, aimed at reviving India’s identity as a global spiritual leader.

Unique in its structure, the temple is dedicated to both Hari (Vishnu) and Har (Shiva), making it popularly known among devotees as Shri Paramanand Hari Har Mandir. The temple houses idols of Varadani Baba (Mahadev), Lord Ram, Radha-Krishna, Goddess Durga, Dakshinmukhi Hanuman, and Shani Maharaj.

Sapna Goyal also highlighted the journey of the Sundarkand Maha Abhiyan, which began from Jhulelal Vatika in Lucknow and has, in just a year, grown into a nationwide spiritual movement without any governmental or private sponsorship. On March 10, 2024, over 5,000 women participated in a grand Sundarkand recitation at Jhulelal Ghat, Lucknow, marking International Women’s Day.

The movement has since been extended to sacred sites like Naimisharanya, Siddhbali Temple (Kotdwar, Uttarakhand), Kashi Vishwanath, Prayagraj’s Leete Hanuman Mandir, and continues with monthly Sundarkand recitations at Ayodhya’s Janmabhoomi complex, initiated on September 11, 2024.

The growing participation and spiritual energy around these events underline a renewed commitment to Sanatan values and India’s cultural resurgence.
