₹93.75 Cr Project on 14,510 sqm, To Be Ready by November 2026
Being built in Majha Mirpur over an expansive 14,510 sq. meters, the guest house is being developed under the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) model with an estimated budget of ₹93.75 crore. The project, managed by the State Property Department and executed by the Public Works Department (PWD), commenced in May 2025 and is scheduled for completion by November 2026. An initial budget of ₹32.81 crore has been sanctioned.

The guest house will comprise six blocks (A to F) with 47 luxury suites and 77 standard rooms, all outfitted with modern furnishings and high-end amenities. Each block has been meticulously planned to serve different categories of guests.
