Ten students from LU have secured placements at Wipro

Lucknow: In a placement drive organized by the Training and Placement Cell of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at the University of Lucknow, ten students have successfully secured positions through the campus placement drive at Wipro.

The selected students were congratulated by the University’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Alok Kumar Rai, and the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Prof. A.K. Singh, and were wished success for their future endeavors.

Dr. Himanshu Pandey, the Training and Placement Incharge, mentioned that in the third phase of the campus placement drive, four students of BBA (Vatsala Shrivastava, Alok Kumar Ojha, Stalin Victor, Akash Gupta), three students of B.Com (Siddhant Mishra, Shashwat Rastogi, Anjali Bharadwaj), and three students of BCA (Anshika Thapa, Vikas Kumar, Vikesh Maurya) were selected with a package of 3.08 lakhs per annum. Following the third phase of the campus placement drive, the total number of selected students at Wipro has reached 25. Dr. Himanshu Pandey also mentioned that for job opportunities at Wipro Company for Lucknow University students, the fourth phase of the physical campus placement drive will be conducted in the second week of April at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Lucknow.
