Mumbai: Shopping and fashion enthusiasts can now look forward to a new set of rewards and lifestyle benefits, with Shoppers Stop and RBL Bank launching a three-tier co-branded credit card portfolio featuring Gold, Platinum and Black variants.
The new cards were unveiled by Bollywood actor Sara Ali Khan and are designed to combine Shoppers Stop’s fashion and beauty retail ecosystem with RBL Bank’s credit card expertise. The portfolio offers customers a combination of rewards, membership benefits, welcome privileges and curated experiences.
The cards have been launched on the Visa network and are designed to provide benefits from the first transaction. Customers will also have access to instant card issuance, making the offering more convenient for shoppers seeking immediate access to its benefits.
Shoppers Stop Managing Director and CEO Kavindra Mishra said the new portfolio was developed with the aim of making every shopping journey more rewarding and memorable.
The Gold, Platinum and Black variants offer different levels of benefits and experiences, allowing customers to choose a card based on their shopping preferences and lifestyle needs.
The partnership also leverages Shoppers Stop’s extensive customer base and the reach of its First Citizen Club loyalty programme, creating an integrated proposition that links shopping, rewards and membership benefits.
Bikram Singh Yadav, Head of Credit Cards at RBL Bank, said the co-branded cards had been designed as a “style partner” for customers, adding a premium dimension to their fashion and shopping experiences.
The launch marks an expansion of the collaboration between the fashion retailer and RBL Bank, with the new portfolio positioned at the intersection of retail, lifestyle and financial services.
