Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana has said that an interpretation system will also be installed to listen to the proceedings of the Assembly in different languages. This facility will also be provided to the guests visiting the auditorium and Governor Gallery.
Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana was highlighting his achievements on completion of his two-year tenure as Assembly Speaker on Friday. He said that there will be an opportunity to listen to the proceedings of the Assembly in different languages. A hi-tech meeting room will be constructed for different committees of the assembly.
Speaker of Uttar Pradesh Assembly Satish Mahana has been nominated for training of members of legislatures of all states and union territories. Soon he will start this work. For this, a draft will be made by the UP Assembly. In a press conference organized on the completion of his two-year term on Friday, he shared the future action plan of the Assembly.
He said that so that the biographies of all the Assembly Speakers and Chief Ministers can reach the common people, a digital communication system will be installed in Rajarshi Purushottam Das Tandon Hall of Vidhan Bhawan. This will include biographies of all the Assembly Speakers and Chief Ministers.
He told that the MLAs will be interacted with senior people from different areas. So that they can get a better experience. Under this, MLAs will interact with doctors, engineers, university vice-chancellors and professors, representatives of corporate groups. Apart from this, Youth Parliament will also be organized so that the youth’s confidence in the democratic system increases and they become aware of the legislature.
