Lucknow: The swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected executive committee of the Lucknow Bench of the High Court was held on January 22, 2025. Justice Rajan Rai graced the event as the Chief Guest, while Senior Justice Attau Rahman Masoodi, President of the Employees’ Officers’ Association, administered the oath to the office bearers and executive members.
The key positions were assumed as follows: Omendra Kumar Verma as Senior Vice President, Vivek Dwivedi as Junior Vice President, Sanjeev Kumar Yadav as General Secretary, Veer Singh Gehlot as Joint Secretary I, Girija Shankar Soni as Joint Secretary II, Gokul Chandra Upreti as Treasurer, Rajendra Kumar (Raju) as Sports Secretary, and Suraj Kumar as Assistant Sports Secretary.
Others sworn in included Shyam Ved Verma and representatives from various departments, including Review Officers, Assistant Review Officers, Computer Assistants, Drivers, and Fourth-Class Employees, such as Akanksha Singh, Aditi Srivastava, Vijay Pratap Singh, Mohammed Imran, and many more.
The ceremony was held at the High Court’s Mini Auditorium, marking a significant milestone for the institution’s administrative body.
