Lucknow: Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, School of Conscious Transformation, Gomti Nagar, has been named among the World’s Top 10 Schools in the Community Collaboration category of the prestigious World’s Best School Prizes presented by T4 Education.
The recognition places the Lucknow-based institution on the global education map for its sustained efforts in promoting emotional well-being, self-awareness, mental health, and holistic development alongside academic excellence.
The award acknowledges the school’s unique educational approach, which focuses on the growth of students across physical, emotional, intellectual, psychological, and spiritual dimensions. Principal Promini Chopra said the institution has spent more than three decades building an educational model that balances academic achievement with inner development. The school has consistently recorded strong ICSE and ISC examination results while maintaining a strong emphasis on character building and self-reflection.
A key feature of the school’s philosophy is its Sanskaar-based education model, designed to help students develop values and life skills through age-specific projects aimed at personal transformation. Since 2011, over 200,000 students have participated in structured programmes focused on self-awareness and conscious growth.
The school’s initiatives include SMRJ Samvaad, a structured dialogue platform that brings together students, parents, and grandparents to strengthen family communication, emotional resilience, and healthy digital habits. Another distinctive practice is Silence Time, observed four times daily across the campus, encouraging mindfulness, gratitude, and emotional balance among students and staff.

Founder and Vice Chairperson Anjali Jaipuria highlighted the role of these practices in fostering focus, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose among learners.
The school’s community outreach efforts are reflected through Navsrijan, a free English-medium institution established in 2010 for underprivileged students. Many Navsrijan alumni have gone on to study at premier institutions and now contribute to educational and social development within their communities.
The institution’s educational practices have also attracted national and international attention. The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations has selected the school to help train educators and pilot innovative practices. Its “Healing Habitat” initiative has been featured by the Greater Good Science Center and Teachers Without Borders, while students continue to develop technology-driven solutions addressing social challenges.
With a network of schools across multiple states, the Seth M.R. Jaipuria Group says the recognition reinforces its commitment to combining academic excellence with values-based, holistic education, creating future-ready citizens equipped to contribute meaningfully to society.
