Ladakh the bravery capital of India says Rajnath Singh

Leh: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday termed Ladakh region as the capital of bravery and valor of the country. Rajnath Singh played Holi (Holi 2024) with soldiers in Leh on Sunday. During this, he said, “Just as Delhi is the national capital, Mumbai is the financial capital and Bengaluru is the technology capital, similarly Ladakh is the capital of bravery and might of India.”

Rajnath Singh was also accompanied by Army Chief General Manoj Pandey and General Officer Commanding Fire and Fury Corps Lieutenant General Rashim Bali. Rajnath Singh said that because of the brave soldiers protecting the country’s borders. It is because of the soldiers who remain alert on the border that the country is progressing and living a happy life.

Every citizen is proud of the armed forces. They stay away from their families so that we can celebrate Holi and other festivals peacefully with our families. The nation will always be indebted to our soldiers. His courage and sacrifice will continue to inspire future generations. Rajnath Singh said, “I decided to celebrate Holi with the soldiers a day in advance. I believe that this festival should be celebrated first of all for and with the defenders of the country.”

He urged the three service chiefs to establish a new tradition of celebrating the festival with the troops a day earlier. Rajnath Singh said, “Such celebrations with soldiers on the snowy peaks of Kargil, in the scorching plains of Rajasthan and on submarines in the deep sea should become an integral part of our culture.” Rajnath Singh laid a wreath at the war memorial in Leh as a true tribute to the brave soldiers who made the supreme sacrifice in the service of the nation.
