Ayodhya: The two-day meeting of Ram Mandir complex construction committee concluded in L&T office under the chairmanship of Nripendra Mishra.
On the first day of the meeting the construction work of the Ram Mandir complex was reviewed. The chairman of the Ram Mandir construction committee, Nripendra Mishra said that temples of various gods and goddesses has to be built around the Rampart including ma annapoorna mandir where Ramlala’s offerings will be cooked.
Fifty percent of the work around the rampart has already been done. He further said if the construction work of Ramlala’s mandir could not be completed till December 2024, the time will be extended by three more months. Instructions has been given to the authorities to speed up the work.
Giving updates regarding the progress of the construction work engineer said that the work of second floor of the Ram temple has already started whereas after the completion of the foundation work of the sheshawataar mandir pillars construction work started too.
On the first floor Shri Ram darbaar will be established in the Ram Mandir complex where Shri Ram will be seated with his three brothers, mata janki and Hanuman. The art work of Ram Darbar will be done by vasudev kamat who is doing mural work on Rampart at present. Sapta mandapam foundation digging work is also in it’s final stage, said Nripendra Mishra, chair person of the temple construction committee.
Besides the main temple, several temples of different gods and goddesses are being made in the outer part of the temple. In which temples of annapoorna, Saraswati, Durga, Hanuman, Vishnu, Brahma and Shiva will be built around the Rampart whereas in the outer courtyard the temples of Nishad Raj, Ahilya, Shabari, maharishi Valmiki, vashishtha, vishwamitra, agastya muni etc. will be built, said temple management head Gopal Rao. Moreover an auditorium will also be constructed in the campus of Ram temple, which will have the capacity to seat 500 people and for it soil test of the ground is also being done. The auditorium will be constructed by uttar pradesh government construction corporation. This information is given by chairperson, temple construction committee, Nripendra Mishra.
