Bareilly: Dr. Rajeev Kumar Yadav, Assistant Professor in the Department of Botany at Bareilly College, Bareilly, has officially taken charge as the part-time Programme Coordinator of the National Service Scheme (NSS) on April 1, 2026.
Dr. Yadav will serve in this role for a three-year term, overseeing NSS activities across the districts of Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, and Badaun.
The National Service Scheme (NSS) is a flagship youth development program aimed at engaging students in community service and nation-building activities through various social initiatives.
Officials expressed confidence that under Dr. Yadav’s leadership, NSS activities in the region will gain greater momentum and effectiveness, further encouraging youth participation in social development initiatives.
