Gandhari holds significant weight for Kanika Dhillon as it serves as her banner Kathha Pictures’ second production. Following the massive success and Netflix’s one of the most watched movies of her debut production Do Patti, Kanika continues to champion bold, female-led narratives under her home banner. With Gandhari, she scales up the stakes, transitioning from psychological mystery to high-intensity revenge drama.
Breaking away from her recent roles, Taapsee Pannu has undergone a massive physical transformation for Gandhari. Billed as a “revenge action-thriller,” the film explores the fierce, protective bond between a mother and her child.
