Unchahar: It was an evening of melody, rhythm, and pure celebration as Indian Idol fame Salman Ali mesmerized the audience at the NTPC Unchahar Project’s Golden Jubilee Musical Night. His soulful voice and electrifying stage presence turned the grand event into a festival of music and joy, where people of all ages—men, women, and children alike—danced and sang along with unrestrained enthusiasm.
As dazzling lights painted the massive pandal in vibrant hues, Salman Ali’s arrival on stage was met with thunderous applause. From his very first performance, the audience connected deeply with him, clapping, singing, and moving in sync to his tunes until the very end. The evening began with a soulful invocation and then flowed seamlessly through a mix of Bollywood hits, group dances, and audience requests—including Bhojpuri and folk numbers. When Salman shifted into his signature Sufi style, the atmosphere turned electric, leaving the crowd entranced.
Such was the magic of his performance that even those seated could not resist tapping their feet. The night turned into a collective celebration of music, emotion, and nostalgia as Salman’s powerful vocals echoed through the grounds of NTPC Unchahar.
The Golden Jubilee Musical Night began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Project Head Abhay Kumar Srivastava, Priyadarshini Ladies Club President Anupama Srivastava, General Managers Ashutosh Biswas, Dilip Kumar Sahu, and S.U. Haridas, HR Head Ruma De Sharma, along with union and association leaders, and Priyadarshini Ladies Club Vice President Jhumita Biswas. CISF DC Ajay Tripathi and several other senior officials also graced the occasion.

A large gathering of NTPC officials, employees, their families, and other dignitaries made the evening a grand success. The program was ably conducted by Senior Manager Adesh Kumar Pandey, whose lively anchoring kept the audience engaged throughout.
