Lucknow– The Department of Law at DAV PG College, Lucknow, successfully concluded its Moot Court and Internship Program for fifth-semester students today at the High Court, Allahabad Bench, Lucknow. The month-long program, held from August 23 to September 20, 2025, provided 184 students with practical legal education through hands-on moot court exercises and internships at the High Court premises.
The closing ceremony was presided over by Senior Advocates Sanjay Bhasin and Ravi Shankar Singh, Advocate Jitendra Singh, and the Registrar of the High Court, Lucknow, Sanjay Dwivedi. Addressing the gathering, Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Tiwari, Principal of the Department of Law, DAV PG College, emphasized the importance of maintaining public faith in the judiciary and encouraged students to approach legal practice with discipline and enthusiasm.

Sanjay Bhasin highlighted that the judiciary seeks only truth, while Ravi Shankar Singh stressed that staying updated with the law is a moral responsibility for every advocate. The program concluded with group photography and a high tea attended by approximately 175 students. Notable student participants included Dr. Anamika Dwivedi, Arpit Kumar Singh, Shashank Singh, Vandana Tiwari, Abhishek Verma, Jiaul Ansari, Sandeep Singh, Priyanshi Singh, Sunil Shrivastava, Ram Kishore, Deepika, Aman, Chaman, among others.
