Lucknow — In celebration of MSME Day, a free medical health camp was organized at the AMA Herbal campus on Talkatora Road, aimed at promoting employee well-being. The initiative was a collaborative effort by Apollo Medics Hospital, Indian Industries Association (IIA), and AMA Herbal, drawing participation from over a hundred employees.
The health camp, which ran from 10 AM to 4 PM, offered free checkups and consultations to staff members from both AMA Herbal and IIA. Specialists, including general physicians, dietitians, and physiotherapists, conducted screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, eye health, and even provided ECG facilities on site. Employees were also counseled on improving their lifestyles and maintaining wellness.
Marking the occasion, Yawar Ali Shah, Co-founder and CEO of AMA Herbal and Vice Chairman of IIA, emphasized the importance of health awareness in the workplace. “In the hustle of daily work, we often neglect our health. Camps like these not only help in early detection of illnesses but also encourage us to adopt a healthier lifestyle. This not only benefits individuals but fosters a more positive and productive work environment,” he said.

The initiative reflects a broader commitment to employee care and underscores the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in not just driving India’s economy but also building a healthier, more sustainable workforce.
