UPWJU Welcomes Utkal Journalist Association President at Maha Kumbh

Lucknow: Bibhuti Bhushan Kar, the renowned journalist, National Vice President of the Indian Federation of Working Journalists (IFWJ), and President of the Utkal Journalist Association (UJA), was warmly welcomed by the officials of the Uttar Pradesh Working Journalist Union (UPWJU) upon his arrival in Lucknow for the Maha Kumbh and Ram Mandir Darshan in Ayodhya. UPWJU President TB Singh presented Kar with a Ram Darbar emblem, symbolizing the fusion of Uttar Pradesh and Odisha’s cultures, which strengthens the nation’s cultural unity. A floral welcome was also given to the Odisha-based journalist delegation.

Kar praised the arrangements for the Kumbh in Prayagraj, highlighting the successful crowd management during the first Amrit Snan. He also commended Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for the smooth organization. After visiting the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Kar expressed his admiration for the sanctity of the place.

The reception event saw the presence of UPWJU leaders, including TB Singh, Acharya Ajay Trivedi, Rajesh Mishra, Anthony Singh, and IFWJ Secretary Siddharth Kalhans.
