Lucknow: A workshop on the techniques of life saving skills was organized by National Service Scheme, Q-Club/Health Club, 1090 Club, Positive Psychology Club, Sports Club and Department of Extension and Community Service at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University was inaugurated by Dr. Veena Singh, Deputy Director, Department of Extension and Community Service. As the chief trainer, Dr. Daud Aamir Kazmi taught the students and voluntary workers the nuances of life saving skills, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and methods to stop severe bleeding.
More than 70 students including Dr. Anil Kumar, Programme Officer of National Service Scheme and Coordinator of Public Health Department, NSS volunteer workers Prajjwal Singh, Anshika Kumari, Naina and Sashwat and Rohit Singh of Extension and Community Service Department participated.
