Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Urban Development and Energy Minister A.K. Sharma took Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the exhibition organized by UPNEDA at the 4th Globle RE-INVEST 2024 Summit organized by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
During this, the Energy Minister informed the Prime Minister about the development work going on in the field of renewable energy in Uttar Pradesh. He gave updated information about the work being done to develop the PM Surya Ghar Yojana and the cities of the state as solar cities.
Energy Minister informed that Prime Minister expressed satisfaction with the progress of development work in the renewable energy sector in Uttar Pradesh and in his speech he also praised the work being done to develop Ayodhya as a model solar city and the work being done in the renewable energy sector in other cities of the state and its social, economic and environmental benefits.
