UP. RERA puts the complaints of the allottees against Supertech Realtors Pvt.Ltd, Supertech Township Projects Ltd., Ajnara Realtech Ltd., Rudra Buildwell Constructions Pvt. Ltd. and Gayatri Hospitality Ltd., in abeyance. CIRP under I.B.C. has been started by N.C.L.T. against these five promoters.
