Lucknow: U.P. RERA has constituted a Division Bench at its Lucknow headquarters. The Division Bench is chaired by Sanjay Bhoosreddy Chairman, U.P. RERA.
U.P. RERA has taken a decision that if ten or more allottees of a particular project, AoA (Association of Allottees) and RWA (Resident Welfare Association) have filed complaints with RERA, the complaints of allottees of such project will heard by a Division Bench constituted by Chairman U.P. RERA from time to time. All the complaints filed by the promoters against the allottees (cross-complaints) will also be heard by the Division Bench. It is well known that the nature of the complaints of the allottees of such projects and those by the promoters against the allottees are normally different from other complaints.
Now with the constitution of the Division Bench at the Lucknow Headquarters of U.P. RERA, the complaints redressal will be faster with uniformity in decisions.
