Ayodhya: The process to appoint the first Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Ayodhya has entered its final stage, with interviews of shortlisted candidates scheduled as part of the selection process. The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust had invited applications for the CEO post until July 18 and received around 5,200 applications. Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated  that the number of pilgrims visiting Hindu sacred sites in the state far exceeds the attendance at global religious gatherings, including those in Mecca and Vatican City. Speaking at the legislative council during the state budget session, Adityanath highlighted the unprecedented influx of devotees to Ayodhya, citing that the city alone welcomed 16 crore pilgrims in just 52 days.
